Inarguably, real estate is in his blood. William is the eldest son of George Ow Jr. and has been a licensed California Realtor/Broker since 1994. William has been involved with Santa Cruz commercial real estate since 1994 and began Ow Properties in 2001.
William specializes in commercial real estate and redevelopment. Some of William’s most notable projects are the Del Mar Theatre renovation, relocation of Fox Racing Shox from San Jose to Watsonville, Santa Cruz County Credit Union at 1010 Pacific, Santa Cruz County Board of Education to 400, Giro Motorcycles, Ducati Santa Cruz and most recently the acquisition and on-going renovation of the former Wrigley Building/University Business Park. In addition to housing three branches of the United States Geological Survey, University Business Park is also home to over 40 tenants and has become a hub for new businesses on the Westside of Santa Cruz. University Business Park currently serves a wide range of commercial space needs. Space sizes range from commercial loft spaces as small as 775SF to large R&D spaces upwards of 80,000 square feet.
